Just purchased my second Skoda off Danielle. She found me the perfect car on both occasions. She's friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The aftersales service from Karl is also excellent. Couple that with a complimentary Teddy for my baby boy and all the coffee you can drink, I'm a very happy customer. I will be sticking with the brand, for sure!
Recently had my mot there and my car failed as I had some incorrect parts for my brakes, Robert Jones saw to me and told me that he would deal with it as quickly as possible and not to worry, then when there was a futher mix up with parts from another company he called up immediately and got the correct parts in the same day so I could get my car back on the road, exceptional service, treated me as if I was the number one priority, but does this with all customers which I noticed, goes well above and beyond, he even came to give me a lift personally when my car was repaired to pick it up at no extra cost! Definitely needs some recognition or a promotion, or both!
Really helpful and friendly staff with excellent customer service. Even though they were really busy Karl and a number of other staff members helped me out a lot after I showed up really short notice and without a booking. Felt really well looked after and would definitely recommend.
